Refund/Return/Cancellations

We do not accept refunds, return, replacement or cancellations*. All sales are final.

Lost/Damaged Mail/Return

MILKCREAMCLUB is not responsible for mails lost and items damaged in transit. We are unable to refund or replace an order in these circumstances because we have no control over them once they are handed over to the post office. Please contact your local post office first.

Customers are required to report any issues within 1-3 days of delivery or in-person pick up, and documented by customer’s local post office.

Issues reported outside these timeframes may not be eligible for review or investigation, as the condition of the shipment can no longer be verified.

If your mail is returned to us due to incorrect address or absence during delivery, fail to claim/pick up the package by the due time, we are unable to refund. We can resend it to you with a shipping fee if requested. Invoice will be sent for you to pay the shipping fee. We are able to keep your returned package for 3months.
