We ship worldwide! Most orders will be shipped through Japan Post. Japan Post may not be able to ship to certain countries. Please make sure that your country can receive oversea mail before purchasing. You can check it in the link below:

Processing Time

The current processing time for order is about 3-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays - our offices are closed).

You will receive an update via email notification when your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery time

Estimated shipping times (from our experience) are listed below:

Domestic (Japan): 2-5days 

International: 1-2weeks

Due to certain circumstance delivery can be delayed. According to the Post Office, the maximun delivery time is 14weeks.

Due to the ongoing reduction in transportation capacity to various countries and territories, there may be delays in the delivery of posted international mail.

Duties and import taxes
