Shipping information

We ship worldwide! Most orders will be shipped through Japan Post. Japan Post may not be able to ship to certain countries. Please make sure that your country can receive oversea mail before purchasing. You can check it in the link below:

Processing Time

The processing time for order is about 3-10 business days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays - our offices are closed). 

You will receive an update via email notification when your order has been dispatched. 

Delivery time

Estimated shipping times are listed below:

Domestic (Japan): 2-5days 

Standard International Mail: 2-3weeks

EMS: 3-12days

• Delivery days shown are rough indications. The time required for customs clearance is not included.

• The number of days may change according to the transport, customs, and handling in the destination area.

• Due to the ongoing reduction in transportation capacity to various countries and territories, there may be delays in the delivery of posted international mail.

Due to certain circumstance delivery can be delayed. According to the Post Office, the maximun delivery time is 14weeks.

Duties and import taxes

We are not responsible for any import taxes applicable to you or your country. It is the buyer's responsibility to account and pay for them. Purchasing from us means you accept and acknowledge this.

Milkcreamclub is rolling out a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) system, a pre-payed system for import duties on parcels shipped to the United States. This update comes in response to changes in US import policies. No duties will be charged upon arrival, it will be pre-payed by us.

CPSC-Regulated Products

Due to regulations enforced by the Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC), products subject to CPSC regulations may not be eligible for import into some countries. Such products may be refused entry, returned to Japan, or confiscated by Customs.

Please note that Milkcreamclub cannot provide compensation for products that are returned or confiscated by customs due to CPSC regulations. We kindly ask that you refrain from purchasing products that may be subject to these regulations.
